In a crawl space area, wall vapor barriers/retarders and drip moldings are used and incorporated into the sub-slab perimeter drain to collect water coming from wall cracks and other foundation wall defects.

Gutters with downspout systems protect your house from rainwater, but they can also compound surface drainage problems by concentrating runoff near the foundation. Downspouts can be directed into a catch basin and or drain pipe system to fix this problem.
